These terms govern purchases from the AXIOM store, operated by Bacchus Analytics Limited ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17165020, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. The product. Axiom Trade Journal is downloadable desktop software for Windows 10/11 that journals MetaTrader 5 trades. It requires MetaTrader 5 and an internet connection for your broker's data feed. Everything else the software needs is included in the download. It is a record-keeping and analytics tool only — it does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and does not place or manage trades. Trading leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk. Licence. Your purchase grants a licence to use the software, not ownership of it. Full terms are in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA.txt) included in your download; by installing or activating the software you accept the EULA. One licence per customer. Your licence key is personal to you and must not be shared, resold, or published. Delivery. The software is delivered as a download after checkout. Your licence key is delivered separately by email to the address on your order, normally within 24 hours. Free trial. Trial licences are valid for 7 days, are provided as-is for evaluation, and may not be renewed repeatedly by the same person. Support, installation help and updates. Free installation assistance is available to both trial and full-licence users via a remote session (e.g. TeamViewer) by appointment — email ronniebacchus63@gmail.com or hello@bacchusanalytics.com to arrange. Every purchase includes 3 months of software maintenance and updates from the date of purchase, delivered as fresh downloads. Email support remains available after this period. Refunds.
