These terms apply to purchases from traderzlife.co.uk ("TraderzLife", "we", "us"). TraderzLife is a trading name of Bacchus Analytics Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17165020, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@traderzlife.co.uk.

1. WHAT WE SELL
We publish educational ebooks, guides, workbooks and bundles about trading and investing (including the TraderzLife Education Series), supplied as digital downloads. Some guides are free. We also sell TraderzLife clothing and mugs, printed to order and posted to you, and we provide free tools on our website. We also sell software for your own computer and browser (Daylist, Autobudget, Trader’s Desk and AfterSight20/20), under a personal licence. See section 8A.

2. EDUCATION ONLY — NOT ADVICE
Everything we publish is general educational information. It isn't personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't recommend any particular trade, investment, broker or firm. We don't provide trading signals, manage money or trade on anyone's behalf. Trading leveraged products such as CFDs, spread bets and forex carries a high risk of losing money, and most retail accounts lose money. Past results and examples aren't a guide to future results. You are responsible for your own decisions; if you need advice for your situation, speak to a qualified, regulated adviser.

3. ACCURACY
We research our content carefully and state the date of the information where it matters. Markets, products, regulations and tax rules change, so some information may become out of date after publication. We may issue updated editions but are not obliged to.

4. ORDERS AND PRICES
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on each product page at the time you order. Delivery charges for physical items are shown at checkout before you pay. Sale prices apply for the period stated. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
After checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address on your order. Please download and keep a copy of your files. If you have trouble accessing them, email us with your order number. By placing an order you ask us to make the content available immediately, and you acknowledge that once you start the download you lose your 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund policy for details, including refunds for orders not yet downloaded and for faulty content.

6. DELIVERY OF CLOTHING AND MUGS
Each item is printed after you order and posted to the address you give at checkout. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your address is correct, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. Printed colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen. Your rights to cancel and to return faulty items are set out in our Refund policy.

7. YOUR LICENCE TO USE OUR CONTENT
All content and designs remain the copyright of Bacchus Analytics Limited. When you buy or download a title, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own learning. You may print copies for your own use, and you may photocopy workbook and worksheet pages for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload, publish, distribute or make the files available to anyone else, or use our content to train or build commercial products, without our written permission.

8. FREE TOOLS
Our free online tools are provided for education and illustration only, as they are and without any guarantee. Results depend entirely on the figures you enter. Check any calculation independently before relying on it.

8A. SOFTWARE LICENCES
When you buy our software you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for you and your household. Daylist, Trader’s Desk and AfterSight20/20 are each activated on one computer; if you change computer, email us your new Machine ID and we’ll reissue your licence free. Autobudget may be used on any devices you own. Licence keys are sent by email, normally within 24 hours of purchase. 
Trader’s Desk and AfterSight20/20 work alongside your own MetaTrader 5 terminal through a read-only Expert Advisor that we supply. They never place, change or close trades, and you remain responsible for every trading decision and order. Figures they show, such as position sizes, margin estimates and performance statistics, are calculated from data supplied by your broker and terminal; they are estimates, and your broker’s own figures always take precedence.
The software runs on your own device and sends us nothing: we hold no copy of your data, so please keep backups. Optional features that connect to outside services, such as a Claude planner using your own Anthropic API key or exporting to Google Calendar, are provided by those services under their own terms, and any charges they make are billed to you, not us. We may release updates but are not obliged to. Our software is an educational and analytical tool, not financial advice. Refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

9. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we aren't responsible for trading or investment losses, or any loss of profit, arising from decisions you make using our content or tools, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
