Refund policy

Axiom Trade Journal is a digital product delivered by download, with a licence key issued after purchase.

Try before you buy. We offer a free 7-day trial so you can confirm the software works with your MetaTrader 5 setup before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the trial first.

14-day refund window. If you purchase and the software does not work for you, contact us at hello@bacchusanalytics.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full, provided you stop using the software and delete your copy and licence key. Once refunded, your licence key is invalidated.

Faulty software. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the software is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund as the law requires. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to request a refund. Email hello@bacchusanalytics.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days.
