Every book and guide is a PDF. PDFs open on almost any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, in a free reader such as the one built into your browser, Apple Books or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some titles include extra files such as fillable worksheets or spreadsheets, and the product page lists them.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure the email address on the order is spelled correctly. If it still isn't there, email hello@traderzlife.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend your link.

Yes. Keep your confirmation email, as it holds your download link. If you lose it, email us with your order number and we'll send it again.

No. You can check out as a guest using just your email address.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). You can buy from anywhere. Your bank or card provider converts the amount to your own currency and may charge its own fee for doing so.

Yes. Each pack groups the books for one stage of learning and costs less than buying those books separately. If you're starting from scratch, The Beginner's Pack or The Complete Foundations Pack is the natural first step. If you want everything, The Complete Series Pack covers the whole series.

If you're new to trading, start with Trading From Zero (Book 1). The series is arranged in levels, and each book builds on the ones before it. Each listing says what the book covers, so you can join at your own level.

Yes. Our Free Library has guides you can download at no cost: add a guide to your basket and check out at £0 with your email address. No card is needed for a £0 order. Joining our mailing list at checkout is optional. See our free resources.

No book can promise that, and we don't. Our books are education: they explain how markets, instruments and strategies actually work, what the evidence says, and how to plan, record and review your own trading. Most retail traders who use leverage lose money, and we say so plainly.

No. Everything we publish is general education. It isn't personal financial, investment or tax advice, and it doesn't recommend any particular trade, investment, broker or firm. If you need advice for your own situation, speak to a qualified, regulated adviser.

No. We don't sell signals or managed accounts, we don't take deposits, and we don't trade on anyone's behalf. We publish books, guides and tools to help you learn and keep good records. Be wary of anyone using our name to offer any of those things.

No. Our books don't recommend specific brokers or prop firms, and we aren't paid to mention any.

Yes. AfterSight20/20 is our MT5 trade journal and trading companion. It records every closed MetaTrader 5 trade automatically and explains your results in plain English. A Windows 10 or 11 PC, MetaTrader 5 and a modern browser such as Chrome or Edge. Everything else is bundled in the download, so there's no Python or other software to install. It works with your MT5 account through a read-only Expert Advisor that we supply, and it never places, changes or closes trades. MT4, Mac and mobile versions are on the roadmap.

No. All our software is a one-time purchase with a personal licence. AfterSight20/20 is £99 with a lifetime licence and 3 months of updates included, and you can pay in three interest-free instalments with Klarna.

Your download link appears straight after checkout and is emailed to you. Your personal licence key follows by email, normally within 24 hours. If you change computer, email us your new Machine ID and we'll reissue your licence free.

On your own device. Our software runs locally and sends us nothing, so your trades, plans and budgets never leave your computer. Please keep your own backups.

No. AfterSight20/20 is the next version of the TraderzLife Trade Journal, and your existing licence key still works. Email hello@traderzlife.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the new download.

Yes. Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full and cancel the licence, even if you've already downloaded it. See our refund policy.

Our ebooks are digital files you can download straight away, so we can't take them back once downloaded. For that reason we don't refund a book because you've changed your mind after downloading it. If you haven't started downloading your order yet, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email hello@traderzlife.co.uk with your order number and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. First, try downloading it again and opening it in a different PDF reader. If that doesn't help, email us with your order number and, if possible, a screenshot, and we'll sort it out.
