Is this a subscription?
No. The Axiom Trade Journal is a one-time £99 purchase with a lifetime licence. Your purchase includes 3 months of maintenance and updates — there is never a recurring fee.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — choose Klarna "Pay in 3" at checkout to split your £99 into three interest-free payments of about £33, at no extra cost to you. You receive the software, licence key and all bonuses straight away, and the three payments run alongside your first three months of maintenance and updates. Subject to Klarna's eligibility check.

Does it work with MetaTrader 4 (MT4)?
The journal is built for MetaTrader 5. An MT4 version is on the development roadmap — if you're an MT4 trader, email us and we'll let you know when it lands.

Where is my trading data stored?
Entirely on your own PC. The journal runs locally — your trades, statistics and notes never leave your machine and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Do I need to install Python or any other software?
No. Everything the journal needs is bundled in the download. Unzip, add your licence key, double-click to run.

How is it delivered?
Your download is available immediately after checkout. Your personal licence key is emailed separately, normally within 12–24 hours (usually much sooner).

What if I get stuck setting up?
Installation help is included free — reply to your licence email and we'll set you up together over a remote session at no extra cost.
